At heart, I have always been a dreamer — and perhaps a frustrated architect. I have always been fascinated with homes, buildings, and thoughtful design. Whenever I see a house, I do not just see walls and roofs. I see possibilities, stories waiting to unfold, and the future of the families who will live inside.
That fascination did not come from nowhere.
My late father was a civil engineer, and growing up, I often listened to him talk about construction, development projects, and the challenges of building structures that would stand the test of time. Those conversations slowly became lessons that shaped the way I see homes, communities, and cities.
Without realizing it then, those moments were quietly building my foundation in real estate and development.
From Curiosity to Career
Over the years, that early fascination grew into a lifelong professional journey.
My experience in real estate is more than a decade, where I have been involved in the marketing of over 20,000 residential housing units, including medium-rise residential buildings in major cities in the Philippines.
Through those years, I gained a deeper understanding of how communities are built, how property values grow, and how the right real estate decision can transform a family's future.
Today, I serve as a Certified Residential Specialist, a licensed real estate broker and real estate appraiser, helping buyers, investors, and property owners make confident and informed decisions.
Because in real estate, the right guidance does not just save money.
It protects dreams, investments, and long-term security.

“My blog, xyzaspeaks.com, was once my little corner of the internet—a space where I poured my thoughts and stories. Unfortunately, it was defaced by a virus, and as the years passed, I chose to let it go. Life moved quickly, and in the midst of adult responsibilities, I left without a proper goodbye. Though I tried to revive it several times, I’ve come to accept that I can no longer sustain it alongside everything else I’m committed to.
But after many years in the real estate industry, I realized something important: people aren’t just searching for properties. They’re searching for clarity, guidance, and trusted advice. That realization inspired me to bring back XyzaSpeaks—not as the blog it once was, but as a lifestyle platform where I share lessons and reflections on real estate, life, and personal growth.
